Enjoy the refreshing Imli mojito with a healthier twist.

RECIPE:-

  • To prepare the concentrate 
  • Soak half a cup of tamarind in half a cup of water for atleast 1 hr.
  • Strain and boil in 2 glasses of water. 
  • Add 3/4th cup of jaggery, red chilli powder, jeera powder and rock salt. Allow it to thicken.
  • To prepare the mojito 
  • Muddle together mint leaves, lime, rock salt in a glass. 
  • Add lots of ice. 
  • Pour a tbsp of concentrate ( room temperature)and chilled soda of your choice. 
  • For a flavourful twist add half a tsp of ginger honey. 
  • Your refreshing Imli mojito is ready!
