Perfect healthy and a delicious appetiser.

Ingredients:
For Tartlets

  • Whole wheat flour/Atta - 1/2 cup
  • Nutty Yogi gluten free Missi atta - 1/4 cup
  • Nutty Yogi gluten free super lite flour - 2 tbsp
  • Gram flour/Besan - 2 tbsp
  • Semolina/Sooji - 2 tbsp
  • Ground spices (Coriander, Cumin,Red Chilli powder) - 1/2 tsp each
  • Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
  • Ghee -2 - 3 tbsp
  • Salt as per taste
  • Water as required to make the dough
  • For Paneer Bhurji
  • Grated paneer
  • Green peas
  • Chopped onion, chopped tomato, ginger garlic paste, ground spices, tomato sauce, salt and cream
Method:
For making the Tartlets, combine all the ingredients to make a soft dough. Roll out and bake on tart moulds as shown in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 mins. Make the Paneer bhurji stuffing as shown in the video.
