300 GM's baking flour Nutty yogi
1 tbsp of sugar
6 grams of yeast Nutty yogi
125 ml of milk ( warm 100°)
50 ml of water ( as required for kneading)
Oil 2 tbsp
1 /2 tsp of baking soda

Baking time : 200°c for 10-12 minutes

Kabab
300 mince meat
1 egg
1 tbsp maida
2 tbsp of kabab masala
Salt
